Are your pieces authentic?

Yes. Every piece is covered by our Authenticity Promise: if an item is ever found not authentic, you receive a full refund. We photograph the actual item and list full measurements, so you can see exactly what you're buying.

Are these new or pre-owned?

Pre-owned. Reemawy specialises in curated, one-of-a-kind pre-owned designer pieces from houses like Chanel, Dior, Miu Miu, Hermes, Celine and Louis Vuitton. Each listing notes the item's condition.

Is the item in the photos the exact one I'll receive?

Yes - always. The photos show the actual item you'll receive. We never use stock images.

Will a piece be restocked if it sells out?

No. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, with only one in stock. Once it sells, it's gone - so if you love something, we'd recommend not waiting.

How do I know it will fit?

Every listing includes full flat measurements. The most reliable way to check fit is to measure a similar garment you already own and compare the numbers. If you'd like help, just email us before you buy.

What condition are the pieces in?

Each listing states the item's condition. As pre-owned pieces, some may show light signs of prior wear - anything notable is described and shown in the photos.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to a selection of countries with full tracking. Delivery usually takes about 8-22 business days depending on destination (for example, US 8-14, EU 10-15, AU & UK 11-18). Orders are prepared within 1-4 business days before dispatch.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

No. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - duties are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival, unless clearly stated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Within 48 hours of delivery, we'll issue a full refund if an item arrives wrong, materially different from its listing, damaged in transit, or with a verified authenticity issue. We can't accept change-of-mind or sizing returns, so please review the measurements before purchasing.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships, and you can check status any time on our Order tracking page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, through our secure checkout.
