Refund policy

All sales are final.

Reemawy sells curated, one-of-one luxury resale items. Because each item is individually sourced and may not be replaceable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing, fit, color variation, buyer’s remorse, customs fees, delayed delivery outside our control, or any reason not listed below.

Exceptions:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@reemawy.com if:

- You received the wrong item.
- The item is materially different from the listing.
- The item arrived damaged in transit.
- A verified authenticity issue is identified.

To review your request, we may ask for your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue reported. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may be denied.

Return Approval Required

Do not send any item back without written approval from Reemawy. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for refund.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition received, unworn and unaltered, with all Reemawy tags, packaging, and listed inclusions included. Missing inclusions, removed tags, wear, alteration, damage after delivery, or signs of use may result in the refund being denied.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

For qualifying returns (damaged or incorrect items), you will receive a full refund. For any other legally mandated returns, outbound shipping fees, duties, import taxes, customs charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries & Customs

Refused deliveries, unclaimed packages, customs refusal, failure to pay duties or taxes, and incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Authenticity

Reemawy is an independent luxury resale retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller of any brand featured on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Each item is reviewed before listing. Product photos, condition notes, measurements, and listed inclusions are part of the item description.
